Creating an Arbiter Registration Account

As soon as we all get comfortable with something it seems like it changes on us. We, along with other Big teams users, are moving to Arbiter Registration. I believe this will be a good move for all involved once all the glitches are taken care of. Now instead of every athlete in your family needing an account you will create a family account and your children will be listed there under one umbrella!
